is exercise in disguise!
You'll enjoy it so much moving to Merengue, Salsa, Samba, Cumbia, Raggaeton and
other hot Latin rhythms, that you won't even notice the work-out you're getting!
·This 60 minute class will exercise
your whole body, especially your core muscles to attack hips, thighs
and belly fat. Dancing is great cardio exercise, improves body
coordination, balance and posture.
